NOAN in Action: The Workwonder Apprenticeship Program

This summer, we saw how transformative NOAN can be when used in an educational setting. We gave access to our platform to a group of California high-school students during their month-long apprenticeship program, Workwonder. The program, facilitated by the Bayha Group and titled "PRODUCT/SERVICE INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT," aimed to familiarize students with the design methods used by startups to develop innovative products and services.

The results were inspiring. Regina Kloes-Corwin, the Deep Dive Lead for the program, shared her observations:

"The ideas they had come up with as a team were great ideas and pretty solid, but it wasn't until they started using NOAN that they really learned how to build a company and all of the important aspects one needs in developing their ideas."

The students leveraged NOAN's AI workflows and educational content to transform their initial concepts into fully-fledged brands. They engaged in lively discussions, collaborating and refining their visions based on the insights provided by NOAN. The platform became a catalyst for their growth, enabling them to develop detailed, well-structured business plans within the limited timeframe of the program.

"Amazing collaborative work on their end, helping one another shape their vision and changing how they were asking NOAN or telling NOAN what they wanted to achieve. There were lively conversations about the information NOAN was creating and fun debates on what to keep, what to tweak, and what to lose."

The students' end-of-apprenticeship showcase involved them presenting their finished business concept - and all the groups included details on how they'd made use of NOAN

The student's comments speak volumes. Said one:

"It's super accessible, you just have to write stuff. It asks you questions so it already gives you a starting point with those questions ... and then from there it came up with more ideas for us and ... it was just really helpful it saved us a lot of time and it was really easy to use."

Several spoke to how NOAN helped them think creatively and be more organised at the same time.

"By giving us questions it help grow and benefit our own company and think of ideas I wouldn't have thought about without NOAN AI. I agree with both my teammates – it definitely helped us expand our ideas and what we wanted to do and it just helped us be way more organized and just made our process so much easier."

The Workwonder experience showcased the potential of NOAN as a powerful educational tool.
