Over time, it evolved into a fractional marketing partner, working across strategy, content, and execution for growing businesses - with a clear focus on creating content that converts. As the business expanded, so did the complexity of its operations.
The Challenge
As UNTAMED scaled, information became increasingly fragmented.
Client context, strategic thinking, planning, and execution lived across multiple tools. The Solution
UNTAMED introduced NOAN as its central workspace for client knowledge and internal strategy. Noan became the single place where: Client context and strategy lived Decisions and thinking were documented Insights could be easily accessed by the wider team From Noan, execution flowed directly into Trello via UNTAMED’s sister company, Design on Demand Club - a design subscription service that operates like Netflix, but for design. This created a clean separation between thinking and doing, while keeping both tightly connected.
The Impact
With NOAN in place, UNTAMED aligned sales, marketing, and design around a shared source of truth. The result: Reduced time spent searching for information or rebuilding context Clear visibility across clients, priorities, and performance Stronger alignment between strategy and execution The ability to scale without adding unnecessary tools or process complexity This system enabled UNTAMED to grow from a small team into a fractional marketing partner serving over 15 active clients - while remaining lean, focused, and intentional in how the business operates.
Why It Worked NOAN didn’t add another layer to UNTAMED’s workflow. It removed fragmentation. By centralising thinking and simplifying how work moved into execution, UNTAMED created the clarity required to scale - without sacrificing quality, pace, or the human way they work with clients.
