See what a fact is about, right on the fact page and in the graph

A fact's classification now shows as a type badge, subject and secondary types on the fact page and in the graph, for everyone who works with NOAN's facts.

Approved facts already carry a classification: a primary type, secondary types and a subject that NOAN assigns so an agent can tell pricing from people from policy. Until now you could only read that structure over the API and MCP. On the Facts page and in the graph, it was invisible.

What's new

  • A type badge on the fact page. The fact page header now shows the fact's primary type, its subject, and its secondary types in a tooltip.
  • Classification in the graph. The graph details panel and the hover card show the same classification, so you can see what each node is about without opening it.
  • Hidden while you look back in time. When you pick a snapshot date in the graph, the classification is hidden, because it describes the fact as it stands now.

Why it matters

When you are scanning a crowded project, a glance at the badge tells you whether a fact is a price, a person or a policy before you read a word of it. The same structure your agents sort on over the API is now in front of you on the page.

Where to find it

Open any approved fact on the Facts page, or hover a node in the graph.

Good to know: only approved facts carry a classification, and it is set by NOAN.
