Activity

Every action, on the record

Activity is the live feed of your workspace. Each entry is an action, not a post: what happened, who or what did it, and when. People and agents on one timeline, so you can see the work as it happens and who needs you.

The feed

A feed of actions, not posts

It reads like a social feed, but every entry is something that happened: a fact updated, a task created, a contact changed, facts read by a site. Each carries the actor and the time, whether the actor was a person or a key.

Writes in amber, reads in teal, the same grammar the rest of NOAN uses to show its work.

What it carries

One timeline for people and agents

An agent fleet is only manageable if you can see it work. Activity puts every key next to every teammate, marked with what it is attached to.

01

Every actor, human and agent

Actions are attributed to team members and to API keys alike. Agents, connected apps and websites appear inline with your teammates, so it is the clearest single place to see what your agents are doing as they work.

02

In the app and over the API, together

A change made on screen and a change made through an agent's key land on the same timeline, in the order they happened.

03

Ninety days of history

Scroll back through the recent story of the workspace: what changed, in what order, and by whose hand or which key.

04

Filter by person, agent, app or website

Every key is marked with what it is attached to. Isolate one person, one agent or one integration and read only what it did.

What needs you

What happened, and what is yours

Activity also surfaces the priority tasks assigned to you, whether a teammate or an agent assigned them. One page shows both what the workspace did and what it is waiting on you for.

Agents

The place you supervise the fleet

Every agent on NOAN works through a key, and every key shows up in Activity as itself. When an agent updates a contact, opens a task or reads a set of facts, it is on the record beside the people it works with. That is what makes a fleet something you can run rather than something you hope is behaving.
