Create, edit and assign tags by asking the assistant

• What's New:
  • You can now tag contacts directly via the assistant. If the tag doesn't exist, it's created and assigned instantly.
  • The assistant can also create and update tags on the fly.
• Why it matters: Tag management is now conversational and frictionless—just ask, and it's done.

Manual tag management in settings

• What's New:
  • You can now manually create, edit, and assign tags in your settings.
  • Tags can be set to apply only to specific content types: assets, notes, or contacts.
  • Tags can be given definitions so that NOAN knows when to use them.
• Why it matters: Keeps your workspace tidy and relevant—no more "Article" tags on contacts!
• How to Access/Use: Head to Settings > Tags to manage and assign tags by content type.

Smarter Auto-Tagging

• What's New: When you create a new asset, note, or contact, auto-tagging will only use tags relevant to that content type.
• Why it matters: Ensures tags are always context-appropriate, making search and automation more powerful.

Zapier Integration Enhancements

  • The "Created Asset" trigger in Zapier can now filter by any organization tag you've created.
  • The "Create a Contact" and "Update a Contact" actions in Zapier can assign tags from your organization's tag list.
