A Morning with NOAN: How I Actually Run My Business

A founder’s-eye view: See how I use NOAN each morning to run my business, from email briefings to product updates, all powered by our own AI-native platform.

I run my business on the same platform we’re building for others. Here’s what a typical morning actually looks like for me, using NOAN to run NOAN—no theory, just the real thing.

Coffee, Brief, and a Calm Start

My day always starts the same way. While I’m making my morning coffee, I open the NOAN Assistant—sometimes on my phone, sometimes at my desk. I just type “morning.” That’s it. My memory workflow kicks in: NOAN analyzes my emails, highlights anything from my contacts in the NOAN Network, and breaks down the tasks I need to focus on. I don’t even look at my inbox anymore. I get the brief I need in seconds, and I’m off.

Product Work, the Fast Way

Next up, I’m thinking about product. Today, we’re integrating the Dub referral platform. Instead of writing a ticket from scratch, I just ask the Assistant to write a GitHub ticket for integrating Dub into NOAN, specifying where it should show up and dropping in the developer docs. NOAN writes the ticket for me. I copy it into GitHub, and that’s one big thing off my list. Honestly, I make most of our GitHub tickets this way now—it’s just easier.

Announcing New Features

We just shipped a new feature: the Suggestions Hub. I jump into NOAN and, using Willow Voice, ask for a changelog post about fact suggestions now being available in the Assistant. NOAN writes it, I publish it, and it’s live. Most of our users are using voice commands now too. It’s quick, and everything stays on-brand.

Event Prep in Real Time

After a couple of meetings, I need to send an email to everyone signed up for our AI Native Founders Bootcamp. We’ve got a guest joining, so I ask the Assistant to search the web for the guest’s company and bio, then combine that with another guest’s bio into an announcement. I ask for an email to send to all attendees, and it’s ready in seconds. If I want to tweak the tone or edit, I can send it to Create Mode, but usually, it’s good to go as is.

Effortless Networking

I meet a lot of people—investors, partners, potential customers. Whenever I do, I add them to my NOAN Network. I just tell the Assistant to add the contact, their role, and a memo about how we met. If I need to tag them by sector or as a subscriber, I ask the Assistant to create and assign the tag, set the color, and add a description. Meeting notes go straight into their record, so anyone on the team can see the context before the next meeting.

More Product, More Speed

We’re changing the way you sign up for NOAN, so I use a quick voice prompt to describe the new process. The Assistant generates a detailed GitHub ticket, pulling in all the relevant product facts. I copy it over, and it’s done—something that used to take me ages.

Data-Driven Suggestions

I’m finding the new Suggestions Hub genuinely useful. I trigger a suggestion that analyzes recent user data and gives me the top 20 assistant needs. I ask the Assistant to save these insights as a note, so I can come back to them for future features or marketing ideas.

Planning the Next Webinar

After a user call, I realize we need a webinar on best practices for working with the Assistant. I ask NOAN for a succinct description, then have it generate an announcement email for our list. The Assistant keeps the context, so I can create everything I need for the event in one go.

Investor Prep, Automated

An investor has put time on my calendar for tomorrow. I use my favorite workflow: “investor check” plus their URL. NOAN researches the investor, analyzes their portfolio and thesis, compares it to our business facts, and gives me a tailored briefing—including potential objections and talking points. This used to take hours. Now it’s done in seconds.

The AI-Native Advantage

By the end of the morning, I’ve done a mountain of work—emails, tickets, posts, event prep, investor research—all with minimal instructions. The secret? NOAN’s Assistant always knows the live facts of our business, so it can execute across the platform, documents, and workflows. For a small team, it’s a force multiplier.

If you’re scaling up and want to see what an AI-native workspace actually looks like in action, this is it: a business that runs on its own platform, with an assistant that’s always in the loop.

Curious what your mornings could look like with NOAN? This is mine—every day.
