How to Create and Share Content Effortlessly with NOAN

It’s 2026. As you look to grow your business this year, here’s a simple hack that will save you hours and turn NOAN into your content engine.
I just dropped a new university lesson on how to use NOAN Network, featuring a Tella video walkthrough. Here’s the workflow I used to turn that video into a full suite of content—blog, email, and social post—in a matter of a few minutes, all inside NOAN (It's how I did this article too).

Start with a quick video walkthrough (I used Tella) on whatever you want to talk about relevant to your business. Don’t worry about being perfect—just talk through the key features, benefits or process.
Step 2: Export Subtitles
Once your video is done, export the subtitles. This is a game-changer: you can now use your spoken words as the raw material for written content.
Step 3: Turn Subtitles into a How-To Blog
Paste your subtitles into NOAN and simply ask for a how to blog. Here's what I asked for:
“Turn this into a how-to blog on how to use NOAN as your CRM. Break out the key functionality.”
NOAN will:
- Structure your content into a clear, actionable blog
- Break out the main features and steps
- Add meta and card descriptions automatically (if you’ve set a memory for it—see below)
Step 4: Automate Content Formatting with Memories
If you need specific formats (like a 160-character meta description or a 60-character card description for your CRM), just set a memory in NOAN:
“Whenever I ask for a how-to blog, include meta and card descriptions.”
NOAN will remember and apply this every time, so your content is always ready for publishing.
Step 5: Instantly Create an Email for Your Customers
Next, ask NOAN for the email. For example:
“Now turn that into an email we can send out to all customers on how they can consolidate, drop their old CRM, and save cash.”
NOAN will generate a customer-ready email, which you can tweak or personalize as needed. Add any extra context (like how to use it for managing investors, clients, or leads) and edit in the same flow.
Step 6: Add a Snappy Pre-Header and Final Paragraph
Want a catchy pre-header or a specific closing paragraph? Just ask. NOAN will generate options you can drop straight into your email.
Step 7: Publish and Share—All in One Place
